Refunds

A bid is a one-time digital purchase. After payment settles, the listing is live on the public board. There is no subscription to cancel.

• Ask for a refund if checkout charged you and the listing never appeared, or the amount is wrong.
• Being outbid later is not a refund reason. The listing stays on the board at its new rank.
• Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
